The short version: Pay Off Your House Fast stores your mortgage details on your iPhone. We do not run a server that collects your data, there are no accounts, we do not use analytics or advertising, and we never sell or share your information. We cannot see your loan.

The figures you enter — original loan amount, current balance, interest rate, term, dates, payment, purchase price, deposit, fees, ownership costs, logged payments and repairs — are written to a file inside the app's own storage on your device, protected by iOS file encryption.
This data stays on your iPhone. It is not transmitted to Essential Dev Team, and we have no ability to read it. Deleting the app removes it. "Delete all data" in Settings removes it immediately.
Income, deposit and monthly debt amounts entered into the affordability calculator are stored the same way, on your device only.
On launch the app asks Apple's public iTunes Lookup service whether a newer version is on the App Store. That request contains the app's bundle identifier and nothing else — no loan data and no identifier for you or your device.
Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or receive your payment details. Apple's handling of that transaction is covered by Apple's own privacy policy.
That is the complete list. The app has no analytics, no advertising, no crash-reporting service, no social logins and no third-party SDKs that collect data.
No name, no email address, no account, no bank or lender credentials, no location, no contacts, no photos, no advertising identifier, and no usage analytics.
The app is a financial tool intended for adults. It is not directed at children and collects no personal information from anyone.
Because your information never reaches us, there is nothing for us to export, correct or delete on your behalf. You hold the only copy, and you can erase it at any time from Settings › Delete all data, or by deleting the app. If you have a question about this, write to essentialdevteam@gmail.com.
