Terms of Use

By downloading or using Signature AI (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. What the App does

Signature AI lets you create signature graphics from a name using ready-made templates, AI generation, and on-screen hand-drawing, and export them as PNG or SVG images.

2. Your responsibilities

• You must only create signatures for a name that is yours or that you are legally authorised to sign for.
• You are solely responsible for how you use the signatures you create, including on any contract, agreement, or legal document.
• You must not use the App to impersonate another person, commit fraud or forgery, or for any unlawful purpose.

3. Not legal advice

Signature AI is a design tool. It does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that a signature image will be legally valid or accepted for any particular purpose. Consult a qualified professional for legal matters.

4. Purchases and credits

• Free templates are included at no cost. Custom AI signatures are sold as consumable credits (purchased in packs of 1, 3, or 5); AI Polish is a separate consumable purchase.
• All purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID and are subject to Apple's terms. Prices may vary by region.
• Consumable credits are used when you generate a signature and do not expire until used. Refunds are handled by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Intellectual property

You own the signature images you create and may use them for lawful personal and business purposes. The App itself, including its software, design, and bundled fonts, is owned by Essential Dev Team or its licensors and is provided to you under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use. Bundled fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the App, and not to use it to produce content that is fraudulent, infringing, or otherwise unlawful.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated signatures will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Essential Dev Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss arising from your use of the App or of any signature created with it.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
