Privacy Policy

Effective date: 13 June 2026 · Signature AI is developed by Essential Dev Team (Dumitru Bumbu).

We built Signature AI to be private by default. There are no accounts, no advertising, and no third-party analytics or tracking. This policy explains what limited data the app uses and why.

Information we use

• The name and style you enter. When you generate an AI signature, the name and chosen style you type are sent to our secure backend (Supabase) and to Google's Gemini API solely to generate your signature image. This text is processed transiently to create your signature and is not stored on our servers afterward, nor used to identify you.
• Signatures you create. Templates, AI signatures, and hand-drawn signatures are generated and stored on your device. We do not upload or keep copies.
• Purchases. In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We receive confirmation that a purchase succeeded so we can grant credits, but we never receive your payment-card or billing details.

Information we do NOT collect

• No account, email, name, or login is required to use the app.
• No advertising identifiers, no analytics SDKs, no cross-app tracking.
• We do not sell or share your data with anyone.

Device permissions

• Photos (optional). If you choose “Save to Photos”, the app saves your exported signature image to your photo library. Access is requested only when you use that feature.
• Notifications (optional). If you allow notifications, the app sends a local notification when your AI signature finishes generating. These are generated on your device.

Third-party services

To generate AI signatures we use:

• Supabase — hosts the secure function that relays your generation request. See supabase.com/privacy.
• Google Gemini API — generates the signature image and style. See Google's API terms and privacy policy.
• Apple — processes in-app purchases. See Apple's privacy policy.

Only the name and style text needed to render your signature is sent to these services, and only at the moment you tap Generate.

Children's privacy

Signature AI is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data retention

We do not retain the names or signatures you create on our servers. Anything stored in the app's gallery lives only on your device and is removed when you delete it or uninstall the app.

Your rights

Because we don't maintain accounts or store your content, there is no personal profile to access or delete on our side. You can remove all in-app content at any time by deleting items in the app or uninstalling it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
