Is Signature AI free?

Yes — you get 10 royalty-free signature templates for free, with PNG and SVG export. Custom AI-generated signatures are sold as credits (1, 3, or 5 at a time). Credits never expire.

How do the AI signatures work?

You enter your name and pick a style. We generate a unique handwritten-style signature for that name and remove the background so you get a clean, transparent image you can place on documents.

Why does it ask me to confirm the name is mine?

Signatures are legally meaningful. We ask you to confirm that the name is yours or that you have permission to create a signature for it. You are responsible for how you use the signatures you create.

How do I export to a document?

Tap Export and choose PNG (transparent) or SVG (scalable vector). You can then save it to Photos or Files and drop it onto a PDF, contract, or image.

I bought credits but don't see them.

Open the app and tap “Restore Purchases” on the purchase screen. Credits are tied to your Apple ID. If they still don't appear, email us with your purchase date and we'll sort it out.

Can I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests are managed through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Do you store my name or signatures?

No. Your name and style are sent only to generate the signature and are not stored on our servers afterward. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Does it work offline?

Free templates and hand-drawing work offline. AI signature generation needs an internet connection.
