Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Flip Profit Calculator mobile application ("the App") developed by Dumitru Bumbu. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Flip Profit Calculator is a profit tracking and inventory management tool designed for resellers. The App provides fee calculators, AI receipt scanning, inventory tracking, and reporting features.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Free Trial
New users receive a 7-day free trial with access to all features. No payment is required to start the trial.
Subscription Plans
- Monthly — $4.99 per month, billed monthly.
- Annual — $39.99 per year, billed annually.
Billing
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
Refunds
All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple. See Apple's refund policy.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of tracking inventory and calculating profit. You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Use the App for any illegal purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems.
- Redistribute or resell the App or any part of it.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, features, and content, is the intellectual property of Dumitru Bumbu and is protected by copyright law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or business purposes.
6. Your Data
You retain full ownership of any data you enter into the App. We do not claim any rights to your inventory data, photos, or other content. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- Fee calculations are 100% accurate at all times, as marketplace fee structures may change.
- The App will be available without interruption.
- AI receipt scanning will extract all data perfectly in every case.
You are responsible for verifying calculations and data before making financial decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dumitru Bumbu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device and cancelling any active subscription.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or this page.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
