How does the 7-day free trial work?
When you first install Flip Profit Calculator, you get 7 days of full access to all features at no cost. No credit card or payment is required. After the trial ends, you'll need to subscribe to continue using the app.
What subscription plans are available?
We offer two plans: Monthly at $4.99/month and Annual at $39.99/year (equivalent to $3.33/month, saving you 33%). Both plans include all features with no limitations.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open your iPhone Settings > tap your name at the top > Subscriptions > Flip Profit Calculator > Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore my purchases on a new device?
Open the app, go to Settings > Subscription > Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase. Your subscription will be restored automatically.
How does AI receipt scanning work?
Take a photo of any receipt and our AI extracts every item, price, and tax amount automatically. You can then add items directly to your inventory with one tap. The AI works with printed receipts from any store.
Which marketplaces are supported?
Flip Profit Calculator supports eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, Depop, Kidizen, Whatnot, Vestaire Collective, Grailed, and custom fee entries for any other platform.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All your inventory data is stored locally on your device and synced securely to your personal iCloud account. We never have access to your data, and it's never shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I use the app on multiple devices?
Yes. With iCloud sync enabled, your inventory and data syncs across all your iOS devices signed in with the same Apple ID. Your subscription also applies to all devices under the same Apple ID.
Are the fee calculations accurate?
We keep marketplace fee structures up to date, but fees can change at any time. We recommend double-checking with the marketplace if you notice a discrepancy. You can also enter custom fees for any transaction.
