Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Keepstack app (“the app”), developed by Essential Dev Team (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using Keepstack, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Keepstack on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.

Subscriptions (Keepstack Pro)

Keepstack offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock unlimited saves. The following terms apply:

Plans & pricing. Keepstack Pro is available on monthly and yearly plans. The exact price and billing period are shown on the purchase screen inside the app before you buy.
Free trial. Where offered, a free trial converts into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and at each renewal.
Managing & cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Purchases are also subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

Acceptable use

You agree to use Keepstack lawfully and not to misuse it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to save or distribute content that is illegal or infringes the rights of others. You are solely responsible for the content you save.

Your content

You retain all rights to the content you save in Keepstack. Your content stays on your device; we claim no ownership over it.

Disclaimer

Keepstack is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or configuration. AI-generated tags, categories, and summaries are automated aids and may contain inaccuracies.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Essential Dev Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, Keepstack, including any loss of saved content.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
