Tap the Share button in any app — Safari, social media, Photos — and choose Keepstack. Pick a category and tags if you like, then tap Add to Library. The save appears in your stack the next time you open the app. If Keepstack doesn’t appear in the share sheet, scroll right, tap More, and enable it.

All AI runs on your device using Apple’s built-in frameworks. Keepstack reads the text inside your screenshots, summarizes saved pages, auto-tags your saves, and sorts them into categories — without sending anything to a server. There is no account, and nothing you save is sent to any server or AI service. The app only sends anonymous usage statistics, which you can turn off (see below).

Keepstack’s search understands meaning, not just keywords. Searching “that pasta sauce” can find a recipe even if those exact words aren’t in it. Your saves also appear in iPhone Spotlight search.

The free tier lets you keep up to 50 items. Pro unlocks unlimited saves plus the heavier on-device intelligence — search by meaning, text recognition inside screenshots and scanned PDFs, and automatic tags and summaries. If you save more than 50 items, the extra saves are kept safely and unlock as soon as you upgrade — nothing is lost.

To restore, open the Pro screen and tap Restore Purchases. To cancel, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device and manage Keepstack there.

Nothing you save, ever — no links, notes, photos, audio, PDFs, titles, tags or search terms. The app does send anonymous usage statistics: device and app version, language and region, which screens are opened, that an item was saved, paywall and purchase events, and crash diagnostics. They are tied to a random installation ID, never to you, and carry no name, email, location or advertising identifier. Turn them off any time in Settings → Privacy → Share Usage Data, or copy your installation ID there and email us to have the data deleted. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.

On your device. Keepstack has no accounts, and none of your saves ever reach a server of ours. If you turn on iCloud Sync in Settings, your saves also sync through your own private iCloud account so they appear on your other Apple devices — that stays between you and Apple.

Open Settings in the app and use Delete all data. That erases your local saves and, if iCloud Sync is on, the private iCloud copy too. Deleting the app also removes its local data. To delete anonymous usage statistics, email us your Installation ID from Settings → Privacy.

Keepstack runs on iPhone with iOS 17 or later.
