TERMS OF USE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Snake 99 Reborn ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on Apple devices that you own or control
• Use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes

This license does not allow you to use the App on any device that you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.

3. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to derive the source code of the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party tools
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases:

• Monthly Subscription: Unlimited Lives subscription that auto-renews monthly
• Lifetime Purchase: One-time purchase for permanent Unlimited Lives

4.1 Subscription Terms

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period

4.2 Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly through your purchase history in the App Store.

5. Game Center

The App integrates with Apple Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. By using Game Center features, you agree to Apple's Game Center terms of service. We are not responsible for Game Center availability or functionality.

6. User Conduct

When using Game Center features, you agree to:

• Use appropriate and non-offensive display names
• Not attempt to manipulate leaderboards through cheating or exploits
• Not harass other players
• Comply with Apple's Game Center guidelines

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, graphics, and audio) are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

8. Updates and Changes

We may:

• Update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without notice
• Change these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms
• Add or remove features, levels, or content

Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your license to use the App will immediately cease
• You must delete all copies of the App from your devices
• Active subscriptions will continue until the end of the billing period

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Snake 99 Reborn and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Snake 99 Reborn regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

17. Apple-Specific Terms

The following additional terms apply to your use of the App:

• These Terms are between you and Snake 99 Reborn only, not with Apple
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App
• Apple is not responsible for any product warranties or claims
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims related to the App
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms
