1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Price Before Tax application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Price Before Tax is a calculator application that helps users determine the original price of items before tax was added. The App provides:

• Tax calculation functionality
• Ability to save custom tax rate presets
• Copy results to clipboard

3. Subscriptions

Remove Ads Subscription:

• Title: Remove Ads
• Duration: 1 Month (auto-renewable)
• Price: $0.99 USD per month

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.

4. Free Trial

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate calculations, the App is intended for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of calculations and recommend verifying important financial calculations independently. The App should not be used as the sole basis for financial decisions.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Price Before Tax and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Price Before Tax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
