Acceptance

By using Power Attorney, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

No Legal Advice

Power Attorney provides self-help document templates and document generation tools. The app does not provide legal advice, attorney-client representation, legal review, or a guarantee that a document is valid for your specific situation.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing all information before generating, signing, sharing, or using a document. Power of attorney requirements vary by state, county, document type, and personal circumstances. You should consult a qualified attorney when legal certainty matters.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to bypass payment, use generated documents for unlawful purposes, or submit false information where doing so would be illegal or harmful.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Power Attorney disclaims warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, legal validity, and uninterrupted availability.
