Overview

Power Attorney helps users create power of attorney PDF templates on iPhone. This policy explains what information the app may access and how it is used.

Information You Enter

The app may collect information you type into the form, including names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, document choices, signing details, and special instructions. This information is used to generate your PDF document.

Device Permissions

Location may be used when you tap Use My Location to fill state and county. Camera may be used when you tap Scan ID to read text from an ID. Contacts may be used when you choose to import a principal or agent from Contacts. Face ID may be used if you enable app lock; biometric authentication is processed on your device by Apple, and we never receive biometric data. These features are optional.

Saved PDFs

When you save a PDF in the app, it is stored locally in the app's documents storage on your device. You can delete saved PDFs from the app.

Payments

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. Power Attorney does not receive or store your payment card details.

Data Sharing

Power Attorney does not sell personal information. If future versions add cloud services or analytics, we will update this policy before release.
