The rules of the road for using TruckProfit.
By downloading, installing, or using TruckProfit (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Essential Dev Team ("we," "our," or "us").
TruckProfit is a trucking calculator application designed to help truck drivers and owner-operators estimate their break-even rates, evaluate per-load profitability, and manage operating cost data. The App provides both free and premium (Pro) features available through in-app subscriptions.
TruckProfit is an informational and estimation tool only. All calculations, results, profit/loss verdicts, break-even rates, and financial figures produced by the App are estimates based on the data you provide and should not be relied upon as financial, legal, tax, or professional advice.

TruckProfit offers core calculator features at no cost, including the monthly break-even calculator, per-load profit calculator, cost settings, and basic load history.
TruckProfit Pro unlocks additional features and is available through the following auto-renewing subscription plans:
Prices are in US dollars and may vary by region. Prices are subject to change.
All subscriptions are processed and managed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the plan rate.
The weekly subscription includes a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the listed price. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly.
All content, features, design, code, graphics, logos, and trademarks within TruckProfit are the property of Essential Dev Team and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Essential Dev Team, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
