1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the app on devices you own or control
• Use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes

This license does not allow you to use the app for any commercial purpose or in any way not expressly permitted by these Terms.

2. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the app
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app's systems
• Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized modifications
• Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the app

3. In-App Purchases

Snake 99 Reborn Pro offers the following in-app purchases:

• Monthly Subscription ($0.99/month): Unlimited lives, auto-renews monthly
• Lifetime Purchase ($5.99): Unlimited lives forever, one-time payment

Subscription Terms:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period

4. Intellectual Property

The app, including all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5. User Content

Snake 99 Reborn Pro does not allow users to create, upload, or share content. Your game progress and scores are stored locally on your device and optionally on Game Center (managed by Apple).

6. Game Center

The app integrates with Apple Game Center for leaderboards. Use of Game Center is subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We are not responsible for Game Center availability or functionality.

6a. Advertisements

Snake 99 Reborn Pro displays optional rewarded video advertisements powered by Unity Ads. By watching an ad, you may earn in-game rewards such as extra lives.

• Ads are optional and are only shown when you choose to watch them
• Unity Ads may collect certain device and usage data as described in our Privacy Policy
• Ad availability and content are managed by Unity and may vary by region
• We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• That the app will be uninterrupted or error-free

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the app
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the app
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful code transmitted through the app

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the app or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the app.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the app and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
