📱 Information We Collect

Snake 99 Reborn Pro collects minimal information to provide you with the best gaming experience:

• Game Progress: Your scores, levels, and lives are stored locally on your device
• Settings: Your preferences (sound, haptics, controls) are stored locally
• Game Center: If you sign in to Game Center, Apple handles your leaderboard data
• Purchases: In-app purchase records are handled securely by Apple
• Advertising Data: Our ad partner (Google AdMob) may collect device identifiers, IP address, and ad interaction data to serve relevant ads

🚫 Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, store, or have access to:

• Personal identification information (name, email, address)
• Precise or GPS location data
• Contact information
• Photos, videos, or media files
• Device identifiers for tracking (except as disclosed for advertising below)
• Browsing history
• Any data from other apps

🔗 Third-Party Services

Our app uses the following services:

• Apple Game Center: Optional leaderboard functionality. Managed by Apple's privacy policy.
• Apple StoreKit: For processing in-app purchases. Managed by Apple's privacy policy.
• Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to display a full-screen advertisement when a game ends, and optional rewarded video advertisements that you choose to watch (for example, to earn an extra life). AdMob may collect the following data:
  • Device identifiers (including IDFA, if you grant permission)
  • IP address
  • Device information (model, OS version)
  • Ad interaction data (views, clicks)
  This data is used by Google to serve ads and measure ad performance. You can learn more at Google's Privacy & Terms.

We do not use any additional third-party analytics or tracking services beyond those listed above.

📲 App Tracking Transparency

When you first open the app, you will be asked whether you allow tracking via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. This controls whether Google AdMob can access your device's Advertising Identifier (IDFA) to show personalized ads.

• If you allow tracking: Google AdMob may use your IDFA to show more relevant ads.
• If you deny tracking: You will still see ads, but they will not be personalized based on your activity across other apps.

You can change this setting at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your device.

🇪🇺 Advertising Consent (EEA, UK & Switzerland)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app asks for your consent before Google AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier for personalized advertising. Consent is collected through Google's certified consent management platform (UMP), and is requested before any advertising SDK is started.

• If you consent: Google AdMob may use your advertising identifier to personalize ads and measure their performance.
• If you decline: You can still watch rewarded ads, but they will be non-personalized — chosen from general context rather than from your advertising identifier.

You can review or change this choice at any time in the app under Settings → Ad Privacy. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it and takes effect on the next ad you see. Purchasing Premium removes advertising entirely.

⚖️ Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on:

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — for personalized advertising via Google AdMob
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — for non-personalized ad delivery, fraud prevention, and the basic diagnostics needed to keep the app running

The data controller for the app is Essential Dev Team. Google acts as an independent controller for the advertising data it collects; see Google's Privacy & Terms for its processing, retention and international transfer practices.

Under the GDPR you additionally have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise these rights against data held by Google AdMob, change or withdraw your consent in the app under Settings → Ad Privacy, or contact Google directly; for anything else, email us at the address below.

💾 Data Storage

All game data is stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage mechanisms. This data includes:

• High scores and level progress
• Lives count and regeneration timers
• Game settings and preferences
• Saved game state

Game data is not transmitted to any external servers. Ad-related data collected by Google AdMob is transmitted to Google's servers as described in the Third-Party Services section above. If you delete the app, all local data is removed.

👶 Children's Privacy

Snake 99 Reborn Pro is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children or any other users. The app does not require account creation or personal information to play. Google AdMob is configured to comply with applicable children's privacy regulations.

🔐 Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device and we do not collect personal information, your data is protected by your device's built-in security features, including:

• Device passcode/Face ID/Touch ID
• iOS data encryption
• App sandboxing

🌍 International Users

Snake 99 Reborn Pro is available worldwide. Your local game data stays on your device. However, Google AdMob may transfer ad-related data internationally as described in Google's Privacy & Terms.

📝 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.

🗑️ Data Deletion

To delete all app data:

• Simply delete the Snake 99 Reborn Pro app from your device
• All local game data will be permanently removed
• To remove Game Center data, manage it through your Apple ID settings
