1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Rollwipe: Camera Roll Cleaner ("the App"), made by Essential Dev Team ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Rollwipe is a photo management application that helps users organize and clean up their photo library through an intuitive swipe-based interface. The App allows you to:

• Review photos in your device's photo library
• Mark photos for deletion
• Protect favorite photos from accidental deletion
• Delete photos from your library (deleted items go to the Photos app's Recently Deleted album)
• Use Free Up Space to find your largest photos and videos, exact copies and similar photos
• Remove Location & Metadata (Pro): save a new copy of a photo without location and camera details
• Edit a photo's capture date or location, shrink Live Photos and videos, add photos to albums, and hide photos in the Private Vault (Pro)
• Subscribe to Rollwipe Pro, an optional auto-renewable subscription

3. User Responsibilities

When using Rollwipe, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for all actions taken within the App
• You understand that deleted photos go to the Photos app's Recently Deleted album for up to 30 days, and can't be recovered after they are removed from there
• You will review photos in the trash before confirming deletion
• You have the right to delete the photos in your library

4. Rollwipe Pro Subscription

• The free version includes 50 swipes a day and the top results in each Free Up Space tab. Rollwipe Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks unlimited swiping, every Free Up Space result, one-tap clearing and Shrink, undo and undo history, Add to Album, Private Vault, and removing or editing location and metadata.
• Plans: Yearly, $19.99 per year, or Monthly, $3.99 per month (or the equivalent in your local currency, as shown in the App Store before you buy).
• New Yearly subscribers may get a 3-day free trial where offered. When the trial ends you are charged the yearly price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase (or when the free trial ends).
• The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions, or from the App's Settings › Rollwipe Pro row. Use "Restore Purchases" in the App to restore an existing subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies; we cannot issue refunds ourselves.
• If the price changes, Apple will notify you in advance as required, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

5. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

6. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Essential Dev Team and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your information.

9. Apple Terms

These Terms are between you and Essential Dev Team, not Apple. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (standard EULA). If these Terms conflict with Apple's standard EULA, Apple's EULA governs. Apple is not responsible for providing any maintenance or support for the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will meet your specific requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results from using the App will be accurate or reliable

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ESSENTIAL DEV TEAM OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PHOTOS, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Essential Dev Team from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Termination does not affect any refund rights you have through Apple.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Apple's standard EULA, constitute the entire agreement between you and Essential Dev Team regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
