These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Coin & Dice app ("the app") published by Essential Dev Team ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, resell, or otherwise misuse the app or attempt to circumvent its in‑app purchases or advertising.
Coin & Dice is provided for entertainment and casual decision‑making. Outcomes are randomly generated. The app is not intended for gambling, wagering, or any use where a specific result is required, and it must not be relied upon for any decision with legal, financial, medical, or safety consequences.
The app offers an optional one‑time purchase to remove ads. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the App Store terms. Purchases are generally non‑refundable except as required by law or Apple's policies. You can restore an eligible purchase using "Restore Purchases" in the app.
Unless you purchase Remove Ads, the app displays third‑party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of third‑party ads or any websites they link to.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Essential Dev Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
