CDL Practice Test ("we", "our", or "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The following data is stored only on your device using Apple's standard storage mechanisms (UserDefaults and local files) and is never transmitted to any server:

• Quiz progress and scores
• Study streak data
• Spaced repetition review schedules
• App preferences (theme, sound settings)
• Subscription status

2. In-App Purchases

All purchases are processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID. Subscription management and billing are handled by Apple in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

3. Third-Party Services

The app does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not use:

• Google Analytics or Firebase
• Facebook SDK or any social media trackers
• Advertising networks or ad identifiers
• Crash reporting services that collect personal data

4. Data Security

Since all your data is stored locally on your device, it benefits from Apple's built-in device security features including:

• Device encryption (when passcode is enabled)
• App sandboxing (data is isolated from other apps)
• Secure Enclave protection on supported devices

If you delete the app, all locally stored data will be permanently removed from your device.

5. Children's Privacy

Our app does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. The app is designed as an educational tool for individuals preparing for their Commercial Driver's License, which requires users to be at least 18 years old (or 21 for interstate driving).

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

7. Your Rights

Since we do not collect any personal data, there is no personal information to access, modify, or delete from our servers. Your locally stored app data can be deleted at any time by uninstalling the app.
