By downloading, installing, or using TintCalc Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the TintCalc Pro mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Service
TintCalc Pro is a professional tool designed to help window tinting professionals:
- Create estimates for window tinting jobs
- Calculate material costs and pricing
- Optimize film cutting layouts
- Manage customer information
- Generate quotes via email and SMS
3. Account and Subscription
Free Version: The free version includes limited features:
- 2 sections per estimate
- 3 saved estimates
- 2 sections in Cut Optimizer
Pro Subscription: Unlocks all features including unlimited estimates, iCloud sync, import/export, and more.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
4. Subscription Terms
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Account Settings on the App Store
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Provide accurate information when creating estimates
- Maintain the confidentiality of your customer data
- Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
6. Accuracy of Estimates
Important: TintCalc Pro provides estimates based on the information you enter. The accuracy of estimates depends on the accuracy of your input. We recommend always verifying measurements and calculations before providing final quotes to customers.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the past 12 months
9. Disclaimer
We do not guarantee that:
- The App will meet all your specific requirements
- The App will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
- Results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
