By downloading or using QRAFT ("the app"), published by Essential Dev Team, you agree to these Terms of Use.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use QRAFT on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and these terms.
You agree not to use QRAFT to create QR codes that link to or distribute unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing content, or to violate the rights of others. You are solely responsible for the content you encode and where your codes point.
QRAFT offers an optional one-time Pro Unlock (styling, logos, and export) billed once, and an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks dynamic codes and scan analytics. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings. The one-time purchase is billed once. You can restore purchases on your devices via "Restore purchases" in the app. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.
The subscription features (dynamic codes & analytics) require an account, created with Sign in with Apple or email. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure. Static codes never require an account.
Dynamic codes rely on a backend service to redirect to your chosen destination and record scan counts. While your subscription is active your dynamic codes resolve to your destination; if the subscription lapses, a dynamic code is paused until you resubscribe. You are responsible for the destinations you configure. Static codes are unaffected and never expire.
QRAFT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While the app validates generated codes for scannability, you are responsible for testing any code before printing or publishing it at scale.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Essential Dev Team is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of QRAFT.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
