CDL Exam Prep ("the App") is designed with your privacy in mind. We collect minimal data necessary to provide you with the best study experience.

Study Progress: Your quiz scores, streak data, and question history are stored locally on your device.
Subscription Data: Purchase information is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information.

2. Data Storage

All your study data (progress, scores, streaks) is stored locally on your device using iOS standard storage mechanisms. We do not transmit your study data to any external servers.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

Apple StoreKit: For managing in-app purchases and subscriptions. Apple's privacy policy applies to these transactions.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Your study data remains on your device.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Data Deletion

You can delete all your data by uninstalling the App from your device. Since all data is stored locally, uninstalling removes all stored information.
